Silvia Moreno-Garcia’s SIGNAL TO NOISE was recently nominated for the 2016 Aurora Award, in the Best English Novel category. The award is presented every year by the Canadian Science Fiction and Fantasy Association to honor the best work done by Canadians. The award will be announced in August.

In addition to this nomination, Moreno-Garcia’s novel has been a RT Reviewers’ Choice finalist for Best Fantasy Novel, as well as a finalist for the 2015 Locus Awards. SIGNAL TO NOISE was also selected for numerous Best of the Year lists, by review outlets including Kirkus, RT Book Reviews, Locus, Buzzfeed, BookRiot, Tor.com, Barnes and Noble, and many more.
