Mark Hodder Wins Philip K. Dick Award

Congratulations are in order for Mark Hodder!  His debut, THE STRANGE AFFAIR OF SPRING HEELED JACK (reviews buy), won the 2010 Philip K. Dick Award, presented at Norwescon on April 22nd.
