Mae Juniper Stokes (she/they) is a writer, painter, and public librarian living in Vermont. They are a 2023 graduate of the Clarion West Writers Workshop. Her short fiction has appeared in The Rumpus, Strange Horizons, and Luna Station Quarterly with stories forthcoming in The Forge and Moon City Review. They are at work on more short fiction as well as their next novel. Her interests include ecology, queer history, and reading near bodies of water.
