JABberwocky Literary Agency is pleased to announce that we have recently welcomed a new client, Teri Barnett.

Teri Barnett loves cats, cozy mysteries, and a rich dark roast—not always in that order. A bestselling author, award-winning artist, and nationally recognized commercial interior designer, she brings a lifetime of creativity, curiosity, and caffeine to everything she does.

Born and raised in Michigan, Teri currently resides in Indiana with a bossy old lady cat, Black Cat Lou. When she isn’t busy plotting the perfect murder (only on paper, of course) or redesigning the world, you can find her doing the artist thing in her studio, tromping through the woods, hanging with her kids and grandbabies, or riding her motorcycle through the winding backroads of corn country.

Teri is represented by James Farner, and they are excited to be working with together on her latest book, a cozy mystery set in a quaint artsy town along the Lake Michigan shoreline where dead bodies turn up more often than tourists buying roadside cherries.
