Jan Burke is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of fourteen books, many in the Irene Kelly series, and numerous short stories. Her critically acclaimed novels include Bones, which won the Edgar for Best Novel, as well as FlightNine, and Bloodlines

Her short stories have received the Agatha, the Macavity, and other awards. She has been a Guest of Honor at several crime fiction fan conventions, including Malice Domestic and Left Coast Crime.
